I have two pens
more than enough to write with
about the force that hurts inside
that tragic beauty of the love mistrusted
Fear
like fate
conquers all
The bay roils
with glistening meaning
Her hair is a harp in wind
The long coils billowing
that dark secret sound
of sexual affinity
the reason
for being
Wind blows sweetly
Its song is in the violin
strumming the sunlight
There's only this
Death is an illusion
which only speaks once
Sing song of myself
Sweetness is in the heart's tug
all else
is only substance
and survival
Only spirit sings
one long song
in the blue air |
