I love the dusks of Abu
Dhabi, sky dappled like
fig flesh, that gentle
dying light. Wavering.
The magic of coals. My
body when you light it
like an orchard. The one
who filled a suitcase
with river and danced.
A word in Barcelona,
muffled soft as cashmere,
while rain falls and the
birds begin to wake. |
