Winter 2005

Jean Paul Ferro

What suits you is my wild coat,
my ‘42 flathead driving the other way,
the thunderstorm and the lightning,
my tan arms holding you down to the floor,
the sun falling into the clouds --
love ... back when it was a myriad
of dreams.

Jean Paul Ferro has been published in over 300 magazines and journals, including Hawaii Review, Newport Review, Portland Monthly, The Plaza, The Rose & Thorn Review, Outsider's Ink, and the Rhode Island Review.
